About the role
As a Production Worker or Assembly Line Operator, you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, using basic tools, performing quality checks, and preparing finished goods for packaging. You’ll work alongside trained production leads in a structured, goal-oriented environment where reliability, focus, and attention to detail are essential.
Key responsibilities
Operate machinery, hand tools, or production equipment safely
Perform assembly tasks according to instructions and quality standards
Conduct basic quality checks on parts and finished products
Prepare, package, and label items for shipment or next-stage processing
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow production targets and shift goals
Communicate any defects, equipment issues, or delays to supervisors
Support additional production tasks as assigned
What we’re looking for
Prior manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not always required
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
Comfort using hand tools or small machinery (training provided when needed)
Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions
Reliable attendance and ability to work full production shifts
Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and readiness to learn
Ability to lift 25–40 lbs depending on department
