About the role
As a Production Supervisor, you will lead a production line or department to hit daily goals while maintaining safety and quality standards. You will coordinate staffing, training, and continuous improvement efforts across your shift.
Key responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities and hit shift targets
Train and coach team members on standard work and safety
Monitor quality, reduce rework, and respond to issues quickly
Manage staffing, break schedules, and coverage planning
Track output metrics and report shift performance
Support continuous improvement and lean initiatives
Enforce policies and maintain a clean, organized work area
What we’re looking for
Prior production leadership experience (lead or supervisor)
Strong safety mindset and ability to enforce standards
Ability to motivate teams and hold accountability
Comfortable with production reporting and basic systems
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Experience in high volume manufacturing is a plus
