About the role
As Plant Manager, you will oversee day to day plant operations, drive productivity, maintain quality standards, and ensure safe and efficient workflows. You will manage supervisors, coordinate maintenance and scheduling, and deliver on production targets.
Key responsibilities
Lead plant operations, staffing, and daily production scheduling
Drive safety compliance and incident reduction initiatives
Improve throughput, efficiency, and on time delivery performance
Partner with quality and engineering to meet product standards
Manage budgets, labor planning, and performance KPIs
Coach supervisors and build a high accountability culture
Coordinate with maintenance to reduce downtime and improve reliability
What we’re looking for
Plant leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial operations
Strong knowledge of production KPIs, safety, and lean principles
Proven team leadership and performance management experience
Strong communication and decision making skills
Ability to lead cross functional improvements and standardize processes
Bachelor’s degree is a plus depending on client
