About the role
As an Order Picker / Packer, you’ll help prepare customer orders by using RF scanners to pick products, packing them accurately, labeling shipments, and staging them for delivery.
Key responsibilities
Pick customer orders using handheld RF scanners or pick sheets
Pack items securely and prepare them for outbound shipment
Label and stage orders in the correct outbound lanes
Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
Follow safety standards and warehouse best practices
Assist with restocking, sorting, or basic inventory tasks when needed
Maintain an organized work area and report any product issues
Communicate effectively with leads and team members
What we’re looking for
Previous warehouse or e-commerce picking experience is a plus but not required
Ability to lift 20–40 lbs depending on product type
Strong attention to detail and accuracy while picking and packing
Comfortable using handheld RF scanners (training provided if needed)
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the entire shift
Reliable attendance and readiness to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and strong work ethic
