About the role
As an Industrial Electrician, you will troubleshoot electrical systems, repair equipment, and support preventive maintenance in an industrial environment. You will work with maintenance and production teams to keep machinery operating safely and reliably.
Key responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues on industrial equipment
Read schematics and work with control panels and wiring
Support PLC troubleshooting and basic controls work (client dependent)
Perform preventive maintenance and document repairs
Install and replace motors, sensors, relays, and switches
Follow lockout tagout and safety procedures
Coordinate with maintenance to reduce downtime and improve reliability
What we’re looking for
Industrial electrical experience in manufacturing or plant environments
Strong troubleshooting skills and safety mindset
Ability to read schematics and use testing tools
Familiarity with motor controls and panels
Reliable attendance and team focused approach
Electrical license or certification is a plus depending on client
