About the role
As an HVAC Technician, you will diagnose system issues, perform repairs, complete maintenance, and ensure systems operate safely and efficiently. You may work on installs, service calls, and preventive maintenance based on client needs.
Key responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems and components
Perform preventive maintenance and inspections
Replace parts and document service work accurately
Communicate with customers or facility contacts professionally
Follow safety procedures and local codes
Support installs, start ups, and system testing as needed
Maintain tools, vehicle, and job documentation
What we’re looking for
HVAC service experience preferred
EPA certification preferred (client dependent)
Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
Professional communication and customer service mindset
Valid driver’s license (field roles)
Reliable, safety first, and detail oriented
