About the role
As a General Labor / Facility Support Worker, you’ll support daily warehouse operations by helping with clean-up, basic maintenance tasks, material movement, and assisting teams where needed. This role is essential for keeping facilities organized, safe, and running efficiently.
Key responsibilities
Perform warehouse clean-up including sweeping, debris removal, and organizing work areas
Assist with basic facility maintenance tasks as directed by supervisors
Support warehouse teams with loading and unloading materials
Help with staging, moving product, and pallet organization
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, hazard-free environment
Assist with general warehouse tasks including labeling, sorting, and disposal
Communicate effectively with leads and team members
Adapt to different tasks based on daily operational needs
What we’re looking for
No experience required — training available for motivated applicants
Ability to lift 30–50 lbs depending on assignment
Strong reliability, punctuality, and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a warehouse environment (standing, bending, moving)
Positive attitude and readiness to support multiple teams
Dependable transportation to assigned job sites
Team-player mindset and strong communication
