PromptumHire is hiring Fabricators for industrial partners who need skilled workers to cut, shape, assemble, and finish metal components. This is a hands on role supporting fabrication shops and manufacturing operations.

About the role
As a Fabricator, you will build and assemble components using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment. You will work from drawings, measure accurately, and help produce quality parts for industrial and commercial projects.
Key responsibilities
Cut, drill, grind, and assemble metal parts to spec
Measure and mark materials accurately (tape measure, calipers, squares)
Read work orders and basic shop drawings
Operate shop tools safely (saws, presses, benders, grinders)
Fit and align parts prior to welding or final assembly
Perform quality checks and rework when needed
Keep tools, stations, and materials organized and safe
What we’re looking for
Prior fabrication or shop assembly experience preferred
Comfort using hand and power tools
Strong measuring skills and attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a shop environment
Reliable and safety first mindset
Forklift experience is a plus depending on site
