As a Customer Service Representative for industrial accounts, you will support B2B customers by processing orders, responding to inquiries, and coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams. Your role is essential in ensuring customers receive accurate information, timely updates, and excellent service throughout the order lifecycle.
Handle B2B customer inquiries via phone and email
Process customer orders, returns, and adjustments accurately
Provide order status updates and shipment information
Coordinate with warehouse teams regarding inventory, shipping, and fulfillment
Document customer interactions and update CRM or order management systems
Resolve issues related to incorrect shipments, delays, or product availability
Build strong customer relationships through clear and professional communication
Support administrative tasks related to accounts, billing, or documentation
Prior customer service or order processing experience (industrial or logistics preferred)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to handle multiple customer requests in a high-paced environment
Experience with CRM systems, ERP software, or order entry tools is a plus
Professional phone etiquette and customer-first mindset
Reliable attendance and ability to work onsite or hybrid depending on client
Team player who enjoys supporting warehouse and operations teams
High attention to detail and accuracy when entering or reviewing orders
