Answer incoming calls, route messages, and greet visitors in a professional manner.
Schedule appointments, internal meetings, and interviews using calendar tools.
Prepare, edit, and maintain documents, reports, and simple spreadsheets.
Enter data into internal systems (orders, work orders, customer details, or inventory info).
Support purchasing or logistics by confirming orders, deliveries, or shipment details.
Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing digital and paper records.
Provide general support to supervisors and managers with various admin tasks.
Previous experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist, or office coordinator.
Comfortable working in an industrial office environment that supports warehouse or field operations.
Proficient with email, calendars, and basic Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
